Teaser Tuesday *6* (Late)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along by checking out rules and whatnot at the link above!

As I'm still trying to pull myself out of this reading slump (which me and Sharon have attributed to the weather being all icky and gross), it's slowly becoming easier... This weeks book is one that's a little different. It's mysterious, and has really awesome little art graphics throughout the pages! I am liking it quite a bit...

Just for amusement and context, this one is going to be a few lines longer than normal =)

"Pull the fire alarm?" suggested Hal.
I shook my head. "Remember what happened to Seth and Wyatt Hall?"
Hal winced. "Right. Good point." Seth and Wyatt Hall, twins, were seniors at Endeavor. Or, more accurately, had been seniors last semester. Right up until they were expelled for staging a fire alarm during first-semester finals.
"Bomb threat?" said Hal.
"I think that might be a federal offense."

Teaser Tuesday *5*

Hey! So I know that I've not done Teaser Tuesday in what seems like forever, but it's back! And I will be too. Since my trip to Nashville, I didn't get great news and I've been dealing with a lot of that, so I've kind of checked out on a few things. But I miss those things, and it wasn't doing me any good, so I am back! Thanks so much for being patient with me, it's not been an easy time personally. But starting this week, things should go back to normal! Anyways, on to Teaser Tuesday!

I like most of the blogosphere have been infected by the dreaded reading slump! But I'm pulling myself out of it (er, trying). This weeks book is one that I waited and waited on and I am totally loving it so far!

"He was more handsome than any man she had ever seen, but like the other riders, he was pale as a ghost. When he spoke, she was stunned that she could understand him, and he said, "You must go back."

This weeks teaser is the sequel to last weeks sequel! Or put simply, it's the third book in the series. This one will be a bit longer than the normal 2 sentences, there were no 2 that I could pick that made sense on their own.

"You're being stupid, Erec." Bethany said. "He's trying to give us a clue. If you had half a brain cell, you'd figure that out."

This weeks teaser is actually from the sequel of last weeks teaser! So here we go:

Small tear-like droplets dripped down its number as it peered through the glasses. The clock was like an annoying pet, always waking him up too early, but now it look pathetic.

Now to put this all into a bit more perspective and since I am one of those that will stick to the whole 2 line rule, I snapped a bad pic with my phone to show you the tragically adorable said clock is in the book!

Now tell me that's not adorable?
Haha! Althought if this was my clock, I would think so!

Teaser Tuesday *2*

And let me tell you, this time it's a hard one. I am quite sad with my book today, because my dog decided to mess with my book while I was at the store and ripped the cover. That makes me sad. It's not THAT big, but it's still like an inch in a half to two inches and that's big enough for *sadface*

Anyways, here is my teaser:

"Trying to spy on us with a secret-telling cat? laughed Ward. Damon made a goofy face and said, "Blaaaah," with his tongue out.

Here is my teaser:

I could tell in his face that I could burn the house down, and he'd just get out marshmallows and thank me for the lovely flame. I'm not sure I could make a mistake big enough for him to not forgive.
